There was a wide variety of art from photographs, paintings, sculptures, and videos. The Museum is housed in the 17th century Royal Hospital building - a magnificent example of architecture. The grounds include a formal garden, meadows and medieval burial grounds.

ReplyDeleteI know you would have loved the Museum. They had a gift shop but it was very small, mostly large coffe table books and silly trinkets for children. I'd hoped I would have been able to pick something up for you...but, alas.
